I have been with Pentland Community Enterprises for six years, transitioning from a subsidiary of Pentland Housing Association to becoming part of Cairn Housing Group. I manage the day-to-day operations of 400 garages, including handling new tenancies, terminations, and repairs, as well as overseeing the Mid-Market and Full Market rentals in Thurso, Inverness, and Glasgow. In Thurso, I also manage our factoring service across four sites, serving 70 homes.
Recently, I led a project that cleared six sites and 74 derelict garages, and we are excited to work closely with our community to realise the potential of these sites. I have also completed my CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property, which allows PCE to manage our Mid-Market and Full Market rental portfolio effectively.
